Answer: Of course, our pump is designed to function 24/7. You can —and should— let it run all day and night.

Answer: Clean the pump and fountain at least once every 2 weeks.

Question: How often do I need to replace the water?

Answer: Depends on your pet. For some customers who have 2 or more cats, they add water every 2-3 days.

Question: Where do I fill the fountain up to?

Answer: We recommend filling the Flower Fountain up to the top of the water level window.
